Digital Products Only
Astro CalcPro provides digital services and products only, including customized astrological reports. We do not deliver or accept any physical items.
No Returns or Refunds
Because every report is created through our astrology services and shared through secure digital delivery, each digital product is considered a completed service once delivered. Due to the irreversible nature of these customized services, our refund policy clearly states no refund, non refundable, no cancellation, and all sales final. After order processing and a fulfilled order, the transaction final status applies under our service terms and purchase agreement, which also include an issued refund restriction and final sale condition, meaning you cannot cancel order once it has moved forward.
Subscriptions
All payments for your subscription are non-refundable, including partial refunds for unused time, because we provide instant access to premium features under selected plans.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, and after cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, but it will not renew automatically.
